Spa City Mugs is a community service. The Garland County Inmate Roster is terrible for humans to use; this website just aims to republish the county data in a more easy-to-read format. That's it.

The work is done by a computer program, not by a human. The program doesn't alter or editorialize any of the data the county publishes.

Currently our page publishes the 80 most-recent bookings at the Garland County Arkansas jail, and details for any booking we've recorded.

Bookings are listed even without mugshots; mugshots are shown if the county publishes them. If we don't have it, the county didn't publish it.

This site came online around April 18, 2022.
